Abstract
Det beskrives syntese av 2-substituterete adenosiner med formel I, ved bruk av 2-nitropentabenzoyladenosin, eller 2-nitropentaacetyladenosin, som mellomprodukter. Den oppnådde forbindelse har formel I der R = C1-6 alkoksy (rett eller forgrenet), en fenoksygruppe som eventuelt er substituert en eller to ganger med halo, amino, CF3-, cyano, nitro, C1-6 alkyl, eller C1-6 alkoksy, en benzyloksygruppe som eventuelt er substituert med eller to ganger med halo, amino, CF3-, cyano, nitro, C1-6 alkyl, eller C1-6 alkoksy, eller en benzoylgruppe som eventuelt er substituert en eller to ganger med halo, amino, CF3-, cyano, nitro, C1-6 alkyl, eller C1-6 alkoksy. De beskrevne fremgangsmåter gir forbedret utbytte og renhet for produktet.Synthesis of 2-substituted adenosines of formula I is described using 2-nitropentabenzoyladenosine, or 2-nitropentaacetyladenosine, as intermediates. The compound obtained is of formula I wherein R = C 1-6 alkoxy (straight or branched), a phenoxy group optionally substituted once or twice with halo, amino, CF 3, cyano, nitro, C 1-6 alkyl, or C 1-6 alkoxy, a benzyloxy group optionally substituted with or twice with halo, amino, CF3, cyano, nitro, C1-6 alkyl, or C1-6 alkoxy, or a benzoyl group optionally substituted once or twice with halo, amino , CF 3 -, cyano, nitro, C 1-6 alkyl, or C 1-6 alkoxy. The described procedures provide improved yield and purity for the product.
