Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av biogass, som er kjennetegnet ved at den innbefatter følgende trinn: j. føre en strøm (1) med organisk materiale inneholdende nitrogen og/eller fosfor til et blandetrinn (2), k. blande strømmen (1) med vann (3), resirkulert fast stoff (16) fra et senere trinn, og resirkulert rejekt (17) fra et senere trinn, 1. føre blandingen fra trinn b. til en råtnetank (5), m. regulere temperaturen i råtnetanken (5) ved hjelp av en temperaturreguleringskrets (4), n. fjerne biogass (6) fra tanken (5), o. fjerne utråtnet materiale (7) fra tanken (5) og føre dette til et trinn (8), p. fjerne vann, fosfor og ammonium i trinn (8) og fremstille et ammonium og/eller fosfatrikt produkt (9), q. fjerne avvannet faststoff (1 3), r. resirkulere hele eller deler av rejektet (10) fra trinnet (8) til blandetrinnet (2) og/eller til en annen oppstrømsprosess.
