Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår et materiale for forpakningsformål, hvor materialet omfatter et første lag som består av termoplastisk polymer, et andre lag som består av termoplastisk polymer og et mellomliggende barrierelag i formen av et grunningsmiddel, hvor ett av de første og andre lagene har en oksygenpermeabilitet (OTR) som er større enn 6,0 og mindre enn 45 kubikkcm/[kvadratm dag atm] ved 23 grader C, 50 % relativ atmosfærisk fuktighet og på en plan folie, og barrierelaget i formen av grunningsmiddel på begge av lagene bidrar til materialet som har en OTR som er mindre enn 9,0 kubikkcm/[kvadratm dag atm] og grunningslaget har adhesjon mot det ikke-grunningsbehandlede laget og evnen til å bli varmeforseglet mot polyolefinsystemer og polyestersystemer, og angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av materialet, og angår videre en fremgangsmåte for forpakning ved anvendelse av materialet.
