Alkyleter-derivat representert ved den generelle formel:. hvor hver av Rog Rrepresenterer én eller flere grupper valgt fra et hydrogenatom, et halogenatom, en alkylgruppe, en arylgnippe, en aralkylgruppe, en alkoksygruppe, en aryloksygruppe, en alkyltiogruppe, en aryltiogruppe, en alkenylgruppe, en alkenyloksygruppe, en aminogruppe, en alkylsulfonylgruppe, en arylsulfonylgruppe, en karbamoylgnippe, en heterocyklisk gruppe, en hydroksylgruppe, en karboksylgruppe, en nitrogruppe, en oksogruppe og lignende; Rer en alkylaminogruppe, en aminogruppe, en hydroksylgruppe eller lignende; ring A er en 5-leddet eller 6-leddet.heteroaromatisk ring eller en benzenring; hver av m og n er et helt tall på 1 til 6; og p er et helt tall på 1 til 3 eller det salt har aktivitet for å beskytte neuroner, aktivitet for å akselerere nerveregenerering og aktivitet for å akselerere neuritutvidelse og er således anvendelig som et terapeutisk middel for sykdommner i sentrale og perifere nerver.
