Abstract
Boreverktøy for via eksenter slagende, roterende skiver, valser, kuler, innrettet for fresing og utstyrt med tenner, pigger e.l. Den aksel (2). som bærer boreverktøyet eller boreverk-. tøyene, er opplagret fritt dreiende eksentrisk i den drevne, roterende hylse (3) og kan blant annet drives av et tannhjulpar (6, 7). I en spesiell utførelse kan turtallet for den aksel som bærer verktøyet, reguleres valgfritt. I en utførelse arbeider to verk-tøy i samme retning eller i motsatte retninger.

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en eksenterdrivanordning for radialt svingende boreverktøy, avbalansert med motvekter,
Det foreligger ulike systemer for å aktivere rulle-eller freseboreverktøy, dvs. å la disse arbeide slagende, eksempelvis via eksenter som bærer fritt dreiende eller drevne boreverktøy. Dette system har blant annet den fordel at det kan avbalanseres. På denne måte elimineres de svingningsproblemer som ellers vanskelig kan beherskes.
Med anordningen ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse, slik den er definert med de i kravene anførte trekk, oppnås vesentlige fordeler i forhold til kjent teknikk.
Således kan verktøyet anordnes i avstand fra drivanord-ningen via en tynn aksel for å bearbeide eksempelvis stein med stor tilslag ved hjelp av skiver eller plater, verktøy og drift kan anordnes på hver side av drivaggregatet. Tetningsproblemer foreligger ikke da det kun benyttes kjente sentriske tetninger.
Med den etterfølgende beskrevne teknikk ifølge oppfin-nelsen oppnås følgende vesentlige fordeler. Det eller de egentlige boreverktøy kan fjernes ytterligere fra drivhuset f.eks. ved hjelp av skiver for å kunne bearbeide stein e.l. med større tilsetning, fortrinnsvis ved slagende fresing. To drevne fresende verktøy kan være anordnet på en side, idet drivanordnin-gen for det ytre verktøy foregår fra aggregatets bakside eller motstående side. I og for seg foreligger ingen tetningsproblemer idet konvensjonelle sentriske tetninger kan benyttes. Foreliggende oppfinnelses prinsipp ligger således i at verktøy som drives fra baksiden eller motstående side via den eksentriske aksel, valgfritt kan bringes til de optimale, langsomme turtall, ved hjelp av en spesiell drivanordning, uavhengig av turtallet for den for seg drevne, hurtigløpende eksenterhylse.
Et eksempel på utførelsen omfatter en hylse eller aksel som bærer den eksentriske opplagrede aksel og har et turtall på 4 000 o/min, og hvor verktøyet med tenner e.l. på 300 mm diameter og med 5 mm tykkelse, freser slagende med 100 o/min. Amplituden er 5 mm. Trykket for deling eller bakskjæring av meget hard sten er maksimalt 100 kg.
Figur 1 viser det slagende skjærverktøy 1 som er anordnet på akselen 2. Denne aksel er fritt dreiende opplagret eksentrisk i hylsen/akselen 3. Hylsen/akselen 3 drives for seg med kileremmer, tannhjul e.l., som vist med 5. I denne utførelse drives akselen 2 med verktøyet 1 via en fast til akselen anordnet tannkrans 6 med ytre tenner og med ekstremt nedsettende ut-veksling. Denne tannkrans løper eksentrisk i en i det stående hus fast montert, med amplituden større, tannkrans 7 med indre fortanning, noe som resulterer i akselens 2 ekstremt nedsatte omdreining. Systemet avbalanseres ved hjelp av innstillbare motvekter. Figur 2 viser to skiveverktøy 8 som kun kan arbeide slagende eller som vist, være utstyrt med fresedrift. Det verktøy som vender mot steinen, har en ytre flat form for å kunne bakskjære stein e.l. Det indre verktøy holdes av en holder 9 som ved 10 er opplagret fritt dreiende på den hurtig dreiende hylse/aksel 11. Slik det er forklart i sammenheng med figur 1, roterer hylsen/akselen 11 langsomt via en tannkrans 12 med ytre tenner og en tannkrans 13 med indre tenner. Aggregatet 14 tilsvarer forøvrig figur 1. Fresen har verktøy med tenner, pigger e.l. Figur 3 viser driftssiden med den hurtigløpende, drevne hylse 15, hvis dreieakse er vist med 23, den langsomt løpende, for seg drevne aksel 16 for det i motsatt ende monterte boreverk-tøy. Akselen 16 kan ytterst drives via kileremmer, leddaksler, tannhjul e.l. Ved en spesiell utførelse foregår turtallnedsettel-sen via tannkranser 17 og 18 med hhv ytre og indre tenner, i det vesentlige tilsvarende de foran beskrevne tannkranser 6 og 7.
Tannkransen 18 med indre fortanning er festet til en hylse 19. Denne hylse er opplagret sentrisk fritt dreiende i det stående hus 21 med lager 20. Den sentriske drift hvormed turtallet kan reguleres, foregår via en aksel 22.
Figur 4 tilsvarer figur 2 med den forskjell at dette system freser slisser og/eller bakskjærer to lag.
Claims (5)
1. Eksenterdrivanordning for radialt svingende bore-verktøy, avbalansert med motvekter, KARAKTERISERT VED at et verktøy (1) er anordnet på en ende av en langsomt dreiende aksel (2, 16) som er opplagret sentrisk i en hurtig roterende hylse (3, 15) som igjen er opplagret eksentrisk i forhold til akselen (2, 16) og at hylsen (3, 15) er avbalansert med motvekter (8), og at akselens (2, 16) andre ende er opplagret med en tannkrans (6, 17) med ytre eller indre tenner som er opplagret eksentrisk i en tannkrans (7, 18) med indre eller ytre tenner slik at det fremkommer en stor nedsetting av akslene (2, 16) turtall i forhold til hylsens (3, 15).
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, KARAKTERISERT VED at akselens (2, 15) drift er tilkoplet akselens ende motsatt verktøyet.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1-2, KARAKTERISERT VED at to verktøy (1) er anordnet på akselen og dreier i samme eller motsatt retning.
4. Anordning ifølge krav 1-3, KARAKTERISERT VED at to i avstand fra hverandre anordnede verktøy (1) er innrettet til å frese slisser.
5. Anordning ifølge krav 1-4, KARAKTERISERT VED at skive-, plate-, valse-, kuleformede verktøy er innrettet til fresing med tenner, stifter, pigger e.l.
