Description
Stillasvogn.
Oppfinnelsen angår en med plattform
forsynt stillasvogn, kjørbar på stigevanger
eller liknende, hvor den kan forskyves opp
og ned ved hjelp av taljer og tau festet til
stillasvognens ramme og stigetrinn lenger
oppe på stigen eller stigesettet.
Stillasvognen i følge oppfinnelsen be-står i hovedtrekkene av en ramme med
løsbart påmontert arbeidsplattform samt
to hjulsett.
Stillasvognen kan brukes enkeltvis eller i sett på to eller flere vogner.
Enkeltvis brukes stillasvognen sammen
med skyvestiger som liten arbeidsplattform
eller for transport av materialer eller liknende.
I sett på to eller flere vogner brukes i
tillegg en eller flere lengre plattformer hvis
ender hviler på hver sin vogn.
To og to vognrammer, hvis hjulsett og
plattformer er demontert, brukes som bæ-rebøyler for hengestillas når stiger ikke
anvendes.
Stillasvognen etter oppfinnelsen skiller
seg fra tidligere kjente stillasvogner ved: At vognrammen er utført i form av en
bærebøyle for hengestillas, at vognrammen ikke krysser stigevangene, og
at vognen således kan monteres og demonteres på stigen uten at stigen be-høver løses fra sine fester oppe og nede,
at hjulsett og arbeidsplattform lett
kan monteres og demonteres, og at
stillasvognen derved får større bruks-område enn tidligere kjente typer.
Fig. 1 på vedlagte tegning viser, sett
fra siden, stillasvognen med plattform
montert på et stigesett. Fig. 2 på samme
tegning viser stillasvognen sett ovenfra i samme arbeidsposisjon som på fig. 1, men uten stigesettet og armene for kveiling av tauet tegnet inn.
På vedlagte tegning fig. 1 og 2 er (1) vognrammen. Vognrammen har to armer (2) for kveiling av tauet, to par fester (3) og (4) for hjulparene (5) og (6), samt to festeanordninger (12) for montering av bærestagene.
Hjulparet (6) er svingbart forbundet med vognrammen (1) ved hjelp av armene (7) og (8) i festet (4).
Arbeidsplattformen (9) er huket på vognrammen (1) med det skråttstilte Il-jern (10), som igjen er festet til plattfor-mens (9) bærejern.
Bærestaget (11) er festet til plattfor-mens (9) bærejern og øvre hjulsetts (6) armer (7) og (8) ved hjelp av sjakler.
Claims (1)
- Stillasvogn med plattform av den art som er forsynt med to hjulpar innrettet til å løpe på motsatte sider av stigevanger eller liknende, karakterisert ved at det ene hjulpar (6) er festet til to armer (7) og (8) som igjen er svinbart forbundet med vognrammen (1), og at bærestag (11) som er festet til armene (7) og (8) og den ytre ende av plattformen (9) kan fastgjø-res regulerbart til en festeanordning (12) anbragt på vognrammen (1).
