Description
Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av damevesker.
Denne oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte til å fremstille damevesker av
skinn eller lignende bøyelig materiale hvilken veske lages av et materialstykke som
danner veskens mot hverandre foldbare
sider og dens bunn og på hvis innside er
anbragt et pappstykke med tilsvarende
kontur, samt av to endestykker som danner veskens gavler og som med sine utsider legges mot utsiden av det materialstykke som danner sidene og bunnen og
langs kantene syes fast til to motsatte
kanter av dette materialstykke ved hjelp
av sømmer som også går gjennom pappstykket hvoretter det således fremstilte
veskeemne vrenges til rettvendt tilstand.
Oppfinnelsen har til formål med enkle,
midler å skaffe en pen forbindelse mellom
veskegavlene og det materialstykke som
danner veskens sider og bunn og dermed
å gi vesken i dens helhet et tiltalende
utseende.
Oppfinnelsen utmerker seg ved at
pappstykket innenfor og nær inntil søm-mene forsynes med to langsgående innskjæringer, samt at de kantpartier av
pappstykket som ligger utenfor sømmene
bøyes ned etter innskjæringene mot innsiden av pappstykket samt forbindes med
dette ved et bindemiddel.
På tegningen er vist en utførelsesform
av oppfinnelsen. Fig. 1 er et enderiss av et
ifølge oppfinnelsen utført veskeemne, fig. 2
er et snitt i større målestokk av en av
fugene langs linjen II—II i fig. 1, fig. 3
er et tilsvarendé snitt gjennom veskeemnet
før dets rettvending og fig. 4 viser det til
veskens avstivning tjenende pappstykke utfoldet i planet.
På tegningen betegner 1 det materialstykke av skinn eller lignende som danner
veskens to mot hverandre foldbare sider 2 og 3 og dens bunn 4, og hvis størrelse og
kontur svarer til det i fig. 4 i plan viste pappstykke 5. Ved midten av dettes innside er festet en rektangulær bunnavstiv-ning 6 av papp. Veskens to gavler (bare en
synlig på tegningen og der betegnet med (8), som også består av skinn eller lignende
bøyelig materiale, er med utsiden vendt mot utsiden av materialstykket 1 fastsydd langs hver sin av to mot hverandre stående side-kanter av dette med sømmer 9, som også gar gjennom pappstykket 5 (se fig. 3). Innenfor sømmene 9 og i en ubetydelig
avstand fra disse er i pappstykket gjort to
innskjæringer 10. Pappstykkets utenfor
disse 10 værende kantparti 11 er som vist
i fig. 2 brettet ned mot innsiden av pappstykket 5, med hvilket de forbindes med et passende bindemiddel 12.
I rettvendt tilstand av vesken (fig. 1) blir fugene mellom gavlene 8 og det materialstykke 1 som danner sidene og bunnen så lite iøynefallende at vesken fullt ut tilfredsstiller de krav en setter til dame-veskers utseende.
Oppfinnelsen er ikke begrenset til den foran beskrevne og på tegningen viste ut-førelsesform. Således kan materialstykket
som danner sidene og bunnen være sått
sammen av flere deler, av hvilke en danner
bunnen og to andre veskens mot hverandre foldbare sider.
Claims (1)
- Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av damevesker av skinn eller lignende bøye-lig materiale hvilken veske lages av et materialstykke som danner veskens mot hverandre foldbare sider og dens bunn og på hvis innside er anbragt et pappstykke med tilsvarende kontur, samt av to endestykker som danner veskens gavler og som med sine utsider legges mot utsiden av det materialstykke som danner sidene og bunnen og langs kantene syes fast til to motsatte kanter av dette materialstykke vedhjelp av sømmer som også går gjennom pappstykket, hvoretter det således fremstilte veskeemne vrenges til rettvendt tilstand, karakterisert ved at pappstykket (5) innenfor og nær inntil sømmene (9) forsynes med to langsgående innskjæringer (10) samt at de kantpartier (11) av pappstykket (5) som ligger utenfor sømmene (9) bøyes ned etter innskjæringene (10) mot innsiden av pappstykket (5) samt forbindes med dette ved et bindemiddel.
