Description

Maskin for ordning og utporsjonering av spiker og liknende for pakning.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en
maskin for anordning og utmatning av
spiker og liknende gjenstander såsom stift,
bolter og liknende, av jern, stål eller liknende materiale for pakning i egnede porsjoner.
Maskinen i henhold til oppfinnelsen er
av den type som omfatter en rekke av
f. eks. i siksak over hverandre anordnede
materenner med eller uten risteanordnin-ger, i hvilke gjenstandene automatisk ordnes slik at deres lengderetning når de ut-mates fra den siste renne helt eller tilnær-melsesvis faller sammen med materetnin-gen.
Oppfinnelsen går særlig ut på en anordning til å oppta de således fra utmatningsrennen avleverte gjenstander, samle
dem til pakningsferdige porsjoner og fører
disse ut av maskinen til en mottagnings-anordning, f. eks. et pakningsbord eller en
etterfølgende pakningsmaskin.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen er maskinen som omfatter en rekke materenner for
avgivelse av gjenstander ordnet i en bestemt retning til en oppsamlingsanordning, karakterisert ved at oppsamlingsanordningen består av en av ikke-magnetisk
materiale utført beholder med parallelle
vertikale stående sidevegger som er anbrakt mellom et par elektromagneter, slik
at gjenstandene når de faller ned i beholderen vil plasere seg i dennes tverretning
ved at deres hoder tiltrekkes av den nærliggende sideveggs elektromagnet.
Maskinen hvor den nærmest foran
oppsamlingsanordningen beliggende utmatningsrenne er forsynt med elektrisk
dreven risteanordning er i henhold til et
annet trekk ved oppfinnelsen karakterisert
ved at beholderen er forsynt med en kontaktanordning for å bryte strømmen til denne risteanordning og dermed stanse utmatningsrennen når beholderen er fylt til forutbestemt nivå.
For styring av maskinens forskjellige arbeidstrinn finnes et elektrisk reguleringssystem som manøvreres automatisk av maskinens arbeidende deler på en måte som hovedsakelig fremgår av beskrivelsen av maskinens arbeidsmåte.

Den viste maskin er bygget på et sta-tiv som nedentil danner et hus 1 for et driv-maskineri og som ovenfor huset 1 bærer en serie materenner som er anordnet i siksak over hverandre. Øverst befinner det seg en ifyllingsrenne 2 utført som et i sin ene ende åpent trau, til venstre i fig. 1, i hvil-ket den spiker eller liknende som skal behandles i maskinen fylles i. Rennen 2 er forsynt med risteanordning i form av en vibrator 3, og for å kunne følge dennes bevegelser bæres rennen av separate ende-stykker 4 av stativpelene 5 ved formidling av elastiske forbindelsesorganer 6.
Under risterennen 2 er det anordnet en renne 7, utført uten risteanordning. Denne er lagret svingbar ved sin nedre en-de omkring faste tapper 8 men hviler med sin øvre del på en fjærende støtte 9 og har et manøvreringsorgan 10 for en strømbry-ter innesluttet i kapselen 11 og anordnet til å kontrollere strømkretsen for vibratoren 3. Under rennen 7 er der anordnet en til motsatt retning av rennen 7 hellende riste-renne 12, hvis vibrator er antydet ved 13. Denne renne utgjør i det viste utførelses-eksempel utmatningsrennen.
Under utmatningsrennens avgangsende befinner det seg en mottagningsanord-ning i form av en beholder av ikke-magnetisk materiale. Beholderen har to inn-byrdes parallelle sidevegger 14, vinkelrette mot materennenes matningsretning. Øvre delen av beholderen er utformet til en ifyl-lingstrakt 15. Beholderen er plasert mellom to elektromagneter 16 som er stillbare fra og mot hverandre for å kunne avpasses etter forskjellige brede beholdere.
Beholderens bredde bør nemlig være avpasset etter lengden av den spiker eller liknende som behandles i maskinen, idet spikeren er beregnet på å ligge i beholderens tverretning, hvorfor avstanden mellom veggene 14 bør være noe større enn spikerlengden. Beholderen er ved den ene gavlen lukket og har ved den andre gavlen en renneformig forlengning 17, se fig. 2, som danner en avløpsåpning fra beholderen.
Overfor beholderens 14 traktformede munning er anordnet en med beholderens lenderetning parallell horisontalstyring 18 for en slede 19.1 en hylse 20 på denne slede løper en vertikal spindel 21, som i sin øvre ende er forenet med en løpevogn 22 og i sin nedre ende er forbundet med ett pakningsorgan 23 med en nedadrettet medbringer 24 i sin bakre ende. Spindelen om-gis av en skruefjær 25 som er sammen-dragende og søker å føre vognen 22 nedad. Vognen løper på to bueformig nedad bøy-ede skinner 26.
Sleden 19 er forskyvbar frem og tilbake i horisontalstyringen 18 under innvirkning av et i styringens lengderetning frem og tilbake svingbart ledd 27, som med sin nedre ende er lagret ved stativets bunn, som vist ved 28 i fig. 2. Leddet 27 er i sin tur påvirket fra en motordreven aksel 29 ved hjelp av en til denne festet medbringer 30, som under omdreining av akselen 29 bringer leddet 27 til å svinge frem og tilbake langs hele sin bevegelsesbane.
Det til maskinen hørende, i fig. 3 viste elektriske manøvrerings- og reguleringssystem turde best forklares i samband med en redegjørelse for maskinens arbeidsmåte.
De gjenstander som spiker, stift, bolter eller liknende, som skal ordnes for pakning, plaseres uordnet i trauet 2. Ved dettes vibrasjon overføres gjenstandene suksessivt til mellomrennen 7, som har en slik helning at gjenstandene glir ned langs den samme ved sin tyngde. Mottar mellomrennen på en gang en for overføring til utmatningsrennen for stor mengde gjenstander, vipper øvre enden av mellomrennen ned og påvirker strømbryteren i huset 11, slik at denne bryter strømmen til vibratoren 3. Trauet 2 stanser da og forblir i ro inntil så meget av innholdet i mellomrennen 7 er avgitt til utmatningsrennen 12, at mellomrennen kan svinge tilbake opp-ad under innvirkning av den fjærende støtte 9 og slutte strømbryteren i huset 11. Utmatningsrennen 12 ordner materialet sluttelig slik at de enkelte spikere strekker seg i rennens lengderetning og kommer frem til rennens avgangsende med hodet eller spissen foran. For å hjelpe på dette kan rennen 12 ha ikke viste langsgående styrevegger samt langsgående styrespor i bunnflaten.
Når spikerne eller liknende forlater utmatningsrennen 12 for å samles i beholderen 14, f aller de f ørstpå et umiddelbart under rennens avgangsende omkring en tvers på rennen gående aksel svingbart lagret vippeorgan 31, som enten kontrollerer eller selv utgjør en strømbryter, f. eks. av kvikk - sølvtype. Denne strømbryter omstilles her-ved fra sin normale, lukkede stilling, i hvilken den f. eks. ligger horisontalt, til en svakt hellende stilling i hvilken den bryter en reguleringsstrømkrets som styrer den kraftoverførende forbindelsen mellom maskinens motor, som antydet ved 32, og akselen 29 over et rele 33. Akselen 29 holdes derfor stille inntil beholderen 14 er fylt til beregnet høyde. Herunder er magnetene 16 innkoplet, hvorfor de i beholderen nedfallende spikerhoder kommer til å tiltrekkes av nærliggende si-devegg av beholderen og ordner seg på en måte som antydes i fig. 1.
Beholderens fylling bestemmes av en stillbar kontaktkam 34. Når spikeren rek-ker opp til denne, brytes strømmen til utmatningsrennens 12 vibrator 13, slik at ut-matningen opphører. Vippeorganet 31 går da tilbake til normal stilling og slutter strømkretsen for releet 33. Dette i sin tur bryter strømmen til magnetene 16. Releet 33 slår samtidig til en drivkopling for akselen 29 hvorved denne gis en omdreining. Under denne omdreining bevirker medbringeren 30 en svingning av leddet 27 fra dets i fig. 2 viste hvilestilling til dens ven-destilling og tilbake igjen. Under arbeids-slaget, til høyre i figuren, tar leddet med pakningsorganet 23, som i sin tur medbringer sleden 19. Under bevegelsen til høyre løper vognen 22 opp på skinnene 26. Ved trekningen i fjæren 25 bringes vognen til å følge skinnene nedad i den utstrekning som sleden beveger seg til høyre. Herunder
forskyves spindelen 21 i motsvarende grad
nedad og medtar derved pakningsorganet 23 med dens medbringer 24. Mens organet 23 trykker spikermengden i beholderen 14
sammen mot dennes bunn, griper medbringeren 24 inn bak spikerpakken og tar
den med i bevegelsen til høyre for ved slut-ten av denne å etterlate spikerpakken på
beholderens renneformede forlegning 17
tilgjengelig for ferdigpakning.
Denne forskyvning av spikerpakken ut
av beholderen hindres ikke av magnetene
16, idet strømmen gjennom disse brytes når
releet 33 er blitt energisert ved fyllingspe-riodens slutt, som angitt ovenfor.
I stedet for automatisk slutning av re-guleringsstrømmen ved hjelp av kammen 34 kan man la maskinføreren slutte strøm-men med en fotkontakt 35 som er anordnet for dette formål.
Også andre modifikasjoner kan fore-tas innenfor oppfinnelsens ramme.

Claims (9)

1. Maskin for ordning og utlevering av
spiker og liknende gjenstander i for pakning egnede porsjoner, hvilken maskin omfatter en rekke materenner for avgivelse av gjenstander ordnet i en bestemt retning til en oppsamlingsanordning, karakterisert ved at oppsamlingsanordningen består av en av ikke-magnetisk materiale utført beholder (14) med parallelle verti-kalt stående sidevegger som er anbrakt mellom et par elektromagneter (16), slik at gjenstandene når de faller ned i beholderen, vil plasere seg i dennes tverretning ved at deres hoder tiltrekkes av den nærliggende sideveggs elektromagnet.
2. Maskin som angitt i påstand 1, hvor den nærmest foran oppsamlingsanordningen beliggende utmatningsrenne (12) er forsynt med elektrisk dreven risteanordning(13) karakterisert ved at beholderen (14) er forsynt med en kontaktanordning (34) for å bryte strømmen til denne risteanordning og dermed stanse utmatningsrennen når beholderen er fylt til forutbestemt nivå.
3. Maskin som angitt i påstand 1 og 2, karakterisert ved en ovenfor beholderen (14) anbrakt anordning for sammenpak-ning av de i beholderen (14) samlede gjenstander og utmatning av disse fra beholderen.
4. Maskin som angitt i påstand 3, karakterisert ved at nevnte paknings- og ut-matningsanordning omfatter en slede (19) som er styrt i med beholderens (14) leng- deretning parallell horisontal styring (18) og forsynt med en vertikal styring (20) for en opp og ned bevegelig spindel (21) som i sin nedre ende bærer et pakningsorgan (23) som strekker seg i beholderens lengderetning og er forsynt med en medbringer (24) for utmatning av de i beholderen sam-menpakkede gjenstander.
5. Maskin som angitt i påstand 4, karakterisert ved at spindelen (21) i sin øvre ende bærer en vogn (22) som er bevegelig etter en mot beholderens utmatningsende hellende bane (26) og påvirkes av en nedad virkende trekkfjær (25) som omgir spindelen (21) og som under sledens (19) bevegelse i retning mot beholderens utmatningsende, bringer vognen til å følge banen (26) idet spindelen med pakningsorganet (23) og medbringeren (24) føres suksessivt nedover og samtidig fremover mot beholderens utmatningsende.
6. Maskin som angitt i påstandene 3— 5, karakterisert ved et parallelt med beholderens lengderetning frem og tilbake svingbart ledd (27) for å drive sleden (19) med de organer som bæres av denne, frem og tilbake gjennom sledens hele bevegelsesbane i styringen (18) en gang for hver omdreining av en fra en motor (32) dreven aksel (29).
7. Maskin som angitt i påstand 6, karakterisert ved en elektrisk styrt kopling for sammenkopling under én omdreining av akselen (29) med motoren (32) for svingning av leddet (27) ved hjelp av et drivorgan (30) anordnet på akselen (29).
8. Maskin som angitt i de foregående påstander, karakterisert ved et ved utmatningsrennens (12) avleveringsende anordnet kontaktorgan (31) som påvirkes av de fra utmatningsrennen avgitte gjenstander og derved holdes i en stilling i hvilken strømkretsen for innrykking av koplingen for den aksel (29) som over et drivorgan (30) bevirker svingning av leddet (22) er brutt, og er anordnet til å lukke denne krets og derved innrykke koplingen når utmatningsrennen (12) opphører å arbeide ved at den i påstand 2 angitte kontaktanordning (34) bryter strømmen til utmatningsrennens risteanordning (13).
9. Maskin som angitt i de foregående påstander, karakterisert ved at det ved utmatningsrennens (12) avleveringsende an-brakte kontaktorgan (31) også er anordnet til å bevirke brytning av strømkretsen for elektromagnetene (16) når utmatningsrennen (12) opphører å arbeide.
