Abstract

The one-piece foundation component comprises a rectangular pre-fabricated concrete baseplate, having reinforcing edges on two opposite ends at least. The edges are placed directly or indirectly on foundation points. At or near one of the sides is a concrete foundation beam, while at or near the opposite end is a concrete reinforcing beam. For much of its length near the centre, the foundation beam is higher than the reinforcing one, and it is at the same height near the ends. Both beams can be of prestressed concrete, and the difference in height between them can be at least 10 cm.
