Abstract
The generator uses the energy in wave movement, and has a driving body so anchored as to allow unrestricted up-and-down movement under the wave action. An energy producing unit is attached to the body so as to allow restricted movement and has one or more axial propellers at a depth where there is virtually no up-and-down water movement. The energy from the unit can be delivered to pumping sets, which in turn deliver water into pressure vessels partly filled with air, and the water can then be used to drive electric generators by turbine. The depth at which the unit is situated can be equal to a wavelength.
