Film laminate for dye diffusion transfer process comprises connecting element in form of frame folded round image reception- and image transfer sheets which are thereby held in register. Frame consists of white transparent material. To ensure even spreading of processing solution edge of transfer sheet is embossed, allowing liquid to reach edges. Processing solution is present in slight excess over necessary amount. Excess soln. is collection in space between edge of image area and trailing edge of connecting element.
