Abstract

The capsule is thin walled and flexible, and consists of a vessel made of plastic foil surrounding the rather inflexible tube end. The vessel is filled with a gel-like paste. A pressure ring with a conical pressure surface is provided on the plastic tube on the side of its connection with the hearing aid. It interacts with the vessel, which is in the form of a pocket with a hole at its other end through which the plastic tube passes and is airtightly joined to it. The vessel is, at its other end, alos airtightly joined to the plastic tube, and the pressure surface is in the form of a funnel spreading away from the tube.
