Claims (2)

1. Een offshore constructie (1) die drijft in het water (6), welke constructie bestaat uit een platform (2) boven het water en met ten minste drie zich uiteen bevindende omhoog stekende steunpoten (3) die zich vanaf het platform (2) neerwaarts uitstrekken naar het water, aan de onderzijde waarvan een zuigpaal (4) is bevestigd, welke steunpoten (3) zijn gemonteerd aan het platform (2) door montagemiddelen zodat de steunpoten (3) kunnen schuiven ten opzichte van het platform (2) in lengterichting van de steunpoten (3) zodat de onderzijde van de steunpoten (3) weg kan worden bewogen van het platform (2), welke offshore constructie geladen is op een afzonderlijk drijflichaam of drijver (5) zodat het platform zich over de drijver (5) uitstrekt en erop rust en de steunpoten (3) strekken zich naast de drijver uit zodat de drijver aanwezig is tussen de steunpoten, waarbij de drijver (5) en de offshore constructie (1) samen voorzien in het benodigde drijfvermogen om het samenstel onafhankelijk drijvend in het water te houden, terwijl de drijvende offshore constructie een rechtop staande oriëntatie heeft gelijk aan de rechtop staande positie na installatie op de zeebodem zodat de offshore constructie op de zeebodem kan worden geïnstalleerd zonder het wijzigen van de oriëntatie van de offshore constructie door eerst de drijver van onder het platform (2) te verwijderen en dan de zuigpalen op de zeebodem te laten zakken door het neerwaarts schuiven van de steunpoten (3) .
2. Een offshore constructie volgens conclusie 1, waarbij - de bovenkant van de zuigpalen (4) zich bevindt op een niveau beneden de onderzijde van de drijver (5) zodat de zuigpalen (4) zich volledig beneden de waterspiegel bevinden en de steunpoten (3) door de waterspiegel steken zodat zij zich gedeeltelijk boven en gedeeltelijk in het water uitstrekken; - elke zuigpaal (4) ten minste gedeeltelijk overlapt met de drijver (5), gezien in bovenaanzicht; - het platform (2) zich bovenop de drijver (5) uitstrekt; en - de drijver (5) is geklemd tussen de onderzijde van het platform (2) en de bovenzijde van de zuigpalen (4).
