Abstract

The work support system includes: a video acquisition device (11) that acquires the video of the work performed by the expert (2); a voice acquisition device (12) that acquires the voice of the expert during the work; a work check information generation device that generates work check information serving as a reference for the work check, a video acquisition device (21) that acquires the video of the work performed by the worker (3); a determination device (100) that determines success or failure of the work by the worker (3); and a support information output device (23) that outputs the determination result by the determination device (100) as work support information. The determination device (100) determines success or failure of the work by comparing the work video of the expert (2) and the work video of the worker (3) based on the work check information.
