Abstract
A zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet with a surface-treatment film has: (1) excellent anti-darkening property after hard ironing such as continuous high-speed press forming; (2) excellent anti-flaky coating exfoliation property after hard ironing such as continuous high-speed press forming; and (3) reduced coating weight dependence of anti-black patina property. The zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet with a surface-treatment film includes: a zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet; and a surface-treatment film including a first film on the zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet and a second film on the first film. The first and second films are each formed by applying and heat-drying a surface-treatment solution containing a zirconium carbonate compound (A), a phosphate compound (B), a tetraalkoxysilane (C), and an epoxy group-containing silane coupling agent (D). The phosphate compound (B) content is high in the first film, and low in the second film. (Fig. 1)
