A lamp driving power supply (10) rectifies an alternating current from an alternating-current power generator (G) and supplies, to an LED lamp lighting apparatus (100) that has a plurality of LED lamps connected in series with each other between a first terminal (Tal) and a second terminal (Ta2) and is capable of changing an LED lamp to be turned on of the plurality of LED lamps, a driving current that turns on the LED lamps.
