Abstract
The present invention provides a manufacturing method of an oil-and-fat for enhancing salty taste of salty foods and beverages. The present invention also provides salty foods and beverages and a method for enhancing salty taste by using the oil-and-fat for enhancing salty taste for the salty foods and beverages. The oil-and-fat for enhancing salty taste of the salty foods and beverages is manufactured by performing a heating treatment for an oil-and-fat containing a butter oil having a low moisture content at a specific temperature and condition. In addition, salty taste of the salty foods and beverages can be enhanced by using the oil-and-fat for enhancing salty taste for the salty foods and beverages..
