Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of squeezing a cellulose-based biomass, the method including: crushing a cellulose-based biomass; performing predetermined preprocessing on the cellulose-based biomass; and subsequently squeezing the cellulose-based biomass, wherein the preprocessing includes: water-addition processing of adding water to the cellulose-based biomass; and leave-to-stand processing of leaving the cellulose-based biomass after the water-addition processing to stand for a prescribed amount of time.
