THE EXTRACTION DEVICE (30) INCLUDES A MEANS OF GRIPPING (31) SAID WEDGE AND AT LEAST ONE JACK (32) DIRECTED VERTICALLY AND INCLUDING A BODY (320) AND A PISTON STEM (321).
