AT EACH LEG (21), ONE TO SIX GROOVES (23) EXTENDING IN A RADIAL DIRECTION OF THE BASE (20) AND RECESSED INWARD ARE FORMED, THEREBY ENHANCING STRENGTH OF THE LEG (21). (FIG. 1)
