FIRST AND SECOND SYNTHETIC RESIN FILMS ARE WELDED TOGETHER TO FORM A SYNTHETIC RESIN BAG (A) HAVING A WELDED PORTION (5), A CONTAINING PORTION (1) SURROUNDED BY THE WELDED PORTION (5), A WELDED POURING PASSAGE PART (3) OF THE WELDED PORTION (5) INCLUDING A SPOUT (2), AND A FILLING-OPENING (4). THE WELDED POURING PASSAGE PART (3) IS PROVIDED WITH OPENINGS (6) FORMED SO AS TO EXTEND ALONG THE SPOUT (2) ON THE OPPOSITE SIDES, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE SPOUT (2) TO INTERCEPT THE TRANSMISSION OF EXTERNAL FORCE EXERTED ON THE WELDED POURING PASSAGE PART (3) TO THE SPOUT (2).
