Description
MOBILE SCENARIO FOR ARTISTIC AND ALL TYPE PRESENTATIONS
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to a new mobile scenario for the massive public presentation of different artistic, political, cultural events, etc. More specifically it is related to a new trailer box structure, with the ability that by moving or moving certain parts of it can be transformed into an open stage.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For some time now, there has been a need for a mobile scenario that would allow it to be easily transported from one place to another. The disadvantage of fixed installations for scenario is that of requiring a specific population in the place where it is built to ensure the attendance of a certain number of spectators, which allows the amortization of the investment in the construction of the scenario. A small population makes it unaffordable to have a theater or any other type of scenario.
In cities of a certain size one can resort to open constructions such as stadiums, sports fields, gymnasiums, church atriums, etc., to make theatrical, musical, cultural, political presentations, etc., however, even in this type of places are required installations, which without being permanent, mean an important expense for its installation. In addition, they are facilities that after the presentation of the event must be disassembled, shipped and transported to the place where another presentation will be made, or where they will be stored for later use.
To economically make viable the artistic presentations in towns, avoiding so much movement of boarding, transport, disembarkation, assembly, disassembling, boarding and transport, already in the past we used the so-called mobile stages, or trailer for concerts.
Inclusively, in Mexico, a Utility Model Register was granted for an "Open Box Trailer Equipped for a Scenario of All Types of Events". 0 This Register discloses a trailer with an open box equipped and set up for the stage. This conditioning comprises a horizontal structure raised to support a series of lighting reflectors; a series of side reflectors with support structure and elevation; an anti-slip aluminum sheet floor; a staircase in the middle part and in the lower part, along its entire length, there are drawers for transporting light equipment, such as sound equipment, microphones, remote controls, crossovers, control panels, etc.
To cover the lighting equipment, in the description of the mobile scenario, the mentioned utility model record mentions, but without describing or illustrating, a closed box.
The scenario described, in a nutshell, consists of an open trailer box to which reflectors and mechanisms have been installed to provide movement to the reflectors, a track covered with non-skid sheet, that is, they are conditioned from a normal scenario .
Although this mechanism solves the problem of fixed and dismantlable scenarios, it has a series of deficiencies that it does not see and therefore does not resolve. In the first place, the scenario is not autonomous for its operation, but depends, not only for its transport, but for its operation, of the truck, tractor or trucks, which have hydraulic system and tank with compatible connectors.
This transportable or movable scenario can not operate if there is no tractor attached and connected to the trailer. For this scenario to work, the truck must be turned on and have very heavy hoses connected that can cause hydraulic oil leaks when removed and put on. When the tractor arrives with its box transformed into a stage at the place where the presentation is to be made, the procedure to make the scenario work is somewhat complicated. The operator must put the tractor in neutral, engage, take force and then lower and walk to the back of the box to operate the hydraulic control.
From the above it can be seen that if the engine and power system of the tractor works, the scenario can work, if this is not fulfilled the scenario will not work. On the other hand, in the description of the utility model record, no mention is made of the distribution of the elements of the mobile scenario in the transport position and in the operating position to increase the space available for the user (s).
For purposes of the present description, as a final point we will touch that the suspension of a trailer box is suitable for the rolling of the same on the road, however, for some presentations where participants are numbers and have to make some synchronized movements in the scenario, this suspension may bother somewhat. One of the solutions would be to have the possibility of changing the firmness in said suspension, a normal one for when the scenario is circulating on the roads and a firmer one for when the truck is parked ready for some presentation or representation.
In addition, nowhere in the document of the utility model registration application is it mentioned how the box-scenario is closed. It seems that it is discovered, at least on one of its side faces, while it is transported.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION One of the objectives of the present invention is to make possible a mobile scenario that only depends on the tractor for its transport, not requiring any other source of additional force than its own, be it a driving or electrical force.
Another objective of the present invention is to allow a mobile scenario that allows to increase its effective volume when it is in use and decrease it when it is being transported.
Still another objective of the present invention is to allow the mobile scenario to increase its useful volume by using its own structures normally existing in the tractor box.
And all those qualities and objectives that will become apparent when making a description of the present invention, supported by the illustrated modalities.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In simple form, the present structure consists of a common box of trailer, which has been separated from the roof of the side walls, front and rear, holding the ceiling to the floor of the box, by means of four telescopic columns, of any cross section, one in each corner of the roof. This separation, the telescopic columns and a system of hydraulic pistons, allow the roof to be lifted when the stage is going to be used and lowered when it is going to be transported.
On the other hand, one of the side walls is separated from the front and rear faces, and fixed to the floor of the box by hinge means, thus allowing to lower or lift said wall by means of hydraulic piston systems, fixed in one of its ends, directly or by means of a base, to the floor of the box and at the other end to the upper or free end of the folding side wall.
Furthermore, fixed in a rotational manner in the horizontal plane, there is a structure in the form of two arms at right angles, which when rotated allows, in one of the embodiments of the present invention, to support an article such as horns, a screen, some closed-circuit television, etc., on the outside and towards the back and front ends of the box. This rotating structure can also be moved by hydraulic system and avoids having to remove and put the mentioned items from and into the box.
In a complementary manner, said trailer box comprises an electric power plant driven by a diesel engine mounted on the same chassis of the box. The generator provides power for an electric motor of 5 H. P. that moves the pump that provides the fluid under pressure for the different hydraulic pistons, to work in places without electric current. When electric power is available in the place, the motor can be powered by means of an electrical outlet.
Finally, the stage, and specifically the collapsible wall, comprises, at its free end opposite the hinged end, a series of legs that can have a rotary movement with a pivot point at its fixed end to the collapsible wall. At this point, the legs are joined to a shaft driven by a hydraulic piston, which by rotating the legs in a pendular movement, causes the legs to be placed in position to support the collapsible wall, or in resting position staying in two slots comprised in the outer face of said collapsible wall.
This description, which illustrates the invention in its general aspects, has different modalities in each of its elements, in the present invention a preferred embodiment will be described in detail, and another modality will be mentioned briefly, even though it is not the preferred one.
Each modification, also, means a technological advance that improves the product, and each one would mean a protection, however, these modifications being applied to the same instrument or device, all of them, although separately they can be protected in a single patent.
For a better understanding of the invention, description will be made of one of the modalities thereof, illustrated in the drawings that are annexed to the present description for purposes of illustration, but not limitation.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The characteristic details of this structure in two preferred embodiments will be illustrated in the following figures.
Figure 1 is a conventional perspective view of the conditioned trailer to serve as a mobile stage, when it is in closed form for driving on the road.
Figure 2 is a view of the trailer of Figure 1, in open form showing an enlarged volume for the user's performance, where one of the arms at an angle and the article on the back has been removed to see the detail of the hydraulic control of the side wall and the legs.
Figure 3 is a view of the trailer of Figure 2, where you can see the detail of the hydraulic control of the arm at an angle to hold and put and remove an item such as dances.
Figure 4 is an enlarged view of the rear part of the box object of the present invention, details enclosed in the dotted line of Figure 3.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODALITY
The characteristic details of the present invention are described below, relying on the accompanying drawing and serving the same reference signs to indicate the same parts.
Figure 1 is a conventional perspective view of the conditioned trailer to serve as a mobile stage, when it is in closed form for driving on the road. In this figure it can be seen that the legs 1 are housed in the slot 2 of the folding side wall 3. The part corresponding to the electricity generating plant 4 is in the rear part, on the same chassis of the box.
Figure 2 is a view of the trailer of figure 1, in open form showing an enlarged volume for the user's performance where one of the arms at an angle and the article of the rear part has been removed to see the detail of the hydraulic control of the side wall 21 and the hydraulic control 22 of the legs 1.. This increase in volume is obtained due to two changes in the closed cabin shown in figure 1. First of all there is the descent of the side wall 3 that becomes part of the stage track and secondly, there is the hoist from the ceiling 23.
The side wall 3 has been lowered to increase the surface of the track and the roof 23 has been raised to increase the height of the stage. The telescopic columns 24 of the roof 23 allow and guide the movement originated by the hydraulic pistons 25 of the roof 23. The folding down of the side wall 3 is carried out by means of the elongation of the hydraulic piston 21.
The angle arm 26 when rotating on its vertical support 28, allows to remove and fit the article 27, which in the occurrence is a baffle. The legs are rotatably joined in the form of a pendulum at their pivot point, to a bar 29 which in turn is rotated on itself by the hydraulic control 22 of the legs. In order to provide rigidity to the side wall 3, said wall also has an open core reinforcement 30 on its upper face.
At its rear, the stage box has the electric power generating plant 32 that provides the electric power to the hydraulic power generating system 33 (hydraulic pump). There are also the controls 34 of the power generator and valves that control the hydraulic pistons, so that the folding down of the hinged side wall 3, the rotation of the arm in square 26 to move the baffle 27, and the lifting of the roof 23, can be controlled from a single point.
As a detail of the roof, the structure of a series of open-soul armor 31 can be seen to support the roof and to hang the lights on them.
Figure 3 is a view of the trailer seen as in Figure 2, where the detail of the hydraulic control 35 of the angle arm 26 can be seen to hold and put in and take out an article such as dances. All the other elements have already been described in the previous figure.
Figure 4 is an enlarged view of the rear part of the box object of the present invention. We can see here the details of the hydraulic controls 22 of the pendular turns of the legs and of the pendular rotation of the hinged side wall. These details include the lever 40 that allows the round trip of the piston to be transformed into a rotary movement of the bar 29 which serves as a turning point to the series of legs. All the other elements have already been described in any of Figures 1 to 3, and for the sake of word economy, they are no longer described here.
The invention has been described sufficiently so that a person with average knowledge in the art can reproduce it and obtain the results that we mentioned in the present invention. However, any person skilled in the art who is competent in the present invention may be able to make modifications not described in the present application, however, if for the application of these modifications in a certain structure or in the manufacturing process thereof, the matter claimed in the following claims is required, said structures should be included within the scope of the invention.
