Abstract

The present invention relates to securing the winding heads of the rotor against the action of centrifugal forces in a dynamoelectric machine, the winding heads are surrounded with a ring-shaped support body, which consists of several annular sections (10, 11) rigid, plate type. The annular sections alone (10, 11) are fastened on the traction bolts (9) in an inner retaining ring (7). The retaining ring consists of a pack of plates placed on the hub (2, 21) of the extended rotor, with downwardly shaped grooves (12), the profiled strips (13) being inserted into the profile grooves to hold the tension bolts (

Description

DYNAMO-ELECTRICAL MACHINES WITH ROTOR DEVANADO TECHNICAL FIELD The invention is in the area of dynamoelectric machines and deals with the constructive organization of a support installation, with which the winding heads of a rotor provided with windings are secured against centrifugal forces.
BACKGROUND TECHNIQUE To secure the coil heads of the rotor windings, among other things, it is common to prop up the coil heads inside by means of a ring-shaped winding holder and to fix the coil heads in the coil holder with the help of bands; Instead of a band, a ring divided into several parts can also be used, especially on larger machines, which, with an insulating spacer, rests on the winding heads and, with the help of screws, is fixed on the winding holder. Especially in large centrifugal forces the caps can be bent over the coil heads. The covers of this type have to be fixed in particular to the winding head of the rotor by the turbo generators in the usual way (Book "Leitfaden der Elektrotechnik" (wires electrotechnical) -volume 3 - "Calculations of construction and resistance of electrical machines ", Authors: Dr. C. von Dobbeler, 1962, BG Teubner, Stuttgart Publishing Company, Pages 25 to 29 and 58 to 62. German Patent Number DE-B 26 29 574). It is also known that the centrifugal forces arising from the exciter coil surrounding a synchronous machine must be absorbed with the help of excitation bridges attached to the exciter coil on the outer front side, which in turn are completely fixed to the body of the machine, are supported by screws subjected to traction. (German Patent Number DE-A-950 659). The task of fixing the winding heads of a rotor is presented in a special way in slip ring machines powered by the rotor, as recently used in hydroelectric generators in which the speed can be regulated, for the accumulation area by pumps. For generators of this type, among other things, it is characteristic that the rotor has a diameter of 3 to 7 meters. In order to fix the winding heads of such a motor, it is known to place retaining rings on the rotor body on support stands, on which the ends of the U-shaped tension bolts must be fixed. of the tension bolts with their U-shaped area affects a winding head (report 11-104"Development and achieved commercial operation ... for a pumped storage power plant" of the CIGRE-tagung 1992., August 30 to 5 of September) . A fixing of winding heads of this type is constructive and very useful in technical assembly.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION Starting from a dynamoelectric machine with the characteristics of the generic term of the patent claim, the objective of the invention is to simplify the fastening of the winding head in the construction and assembly. In order to solve this aim, according to the invention, it is provided that the inner retaining ring of the support device is formed of a sheet pack resting on the axial elongated hub of the rotor, in the same way as the pack of rotor sheets, and it is provided in its circumference with axially extending profiled grooves, placed at the same distance, in which profile strips fit to fix the tension bolts.
PREFERRED MODE OF THE INVENTION In an embodiment of this type of the support device, the inner retaining ring, like the active rotor body, consists electrically of plates which, together with the rotor plates, can be placed on the hub of the rotor. rotor and fix. As a true support body, a ring is used which consists of several rigid circular sections, in the form of plates, which, with the help of the tension bolts, are fixed to the internal retaining ring formed of plates. For this purpose, in the package of plates, slats anchored to join positively, in which the tension bolts are screwed. A support device formed according to the invention comprises the inner retaining ring of a plurality of parts which, in the assembly site, are simply assembled to form the support device.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figures 1 to 3 show an example of embodiment of a support device constructed according to the invention. Figure 1 shows the principle superstructure for the device. Figures 2 and 3 show the details of construction.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 shows schematically the section of a rotor 1 of a dynamoelectric machine, having an outer diameter of approximately 6 meters. The pack of rotor plates 3 is placed in the hub 2 and axially reinforced on the front side by means of the pressure plate. The coils 5 projecting axially with the heads of the windings 6 of the plate pack of the rotor 3 are inserted into the grooves of the rotor plates. To support the winding heads 6, the hub 2 is extended axially surrounding a section 21, placing on this section a package of plates formed of plates 71 and pressure plate 72, which forms a retaining ring below the winding heads 6. In addition, the winding heads are surrounded by a ring-shaped support body, which It consists of several rigid, plate-type annular sections. This ring-shaped support body is fixed with the aid of tension pins 9 in the retaining ring 7. FIG. 2 shows, in a front view, a section of the retaining ring 7, formed of plates, winding heads 6. , ring sections 81 and 82 of ring-shaped support body 8, and tension bolts. To fix the tension bolts 9, the plates of the retaining ring 7 are provided with profiled grooves 12 decreasing, for example in the form of a dovetail. In these grooves are formed the profile strips, which contain the holes for screwing the tension bolts 9. Figure 3 shows a longitudinal section representation corresponding to Figure 2. Here, the tension bolts 14 are additionally shown to axially tension the sheet package. In addition, a construction of the type in which the plates close immediately for the inner suspension ring 7 is selected in the sheets of the sheet package of the rotor 3. The pressure plate 31 thus comprises the appropriate package of rotor sheets 3 only in the area of the 5 inserted windings.
