Description

BLINDS OF SIX INTERCHANGEABLE IMAGES FOR THE EXHIBITION OF PUBLICITY ANNOUNCEMENTS AND GRAPHIC ARTS FIELD PE INVENTION The present invention pertains to the field of presentation and display systems of commercials and graphic arts and more particularly, refers to a presentation system of advertising and graphic arts consisting of a blind for the presentation of six interchangeable images.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The need to innovate in the field of advertising and graphic arts has led to different types of devices, either mobile or fixed to support all types of images.
Currently there are a variety of systems used in the field of mobile ads, among which we can mention those of triangular prism, which consist of a plurality of straight triangular prisms placed either vertically or horizontally, which present in each of its sides, a segment of an image and are arranged in such a way that when all the prisms are aligned in a first position, they form a first image as a whole, and by rotating 120 ° on their longitudinal axis form a second image , this procedure is repeated, so that when rotating another 120 °, the corresponding segments of the prisms form a third image together and finally, when rotating another 120 °, on their axis, they re-form the first image. As you can see, this type of system is limited to the presentation of three images at most.
Another system of presentation of advertising of the most used at present, is the one that works by means of rollers placed in such a way that in the space comprised between one and another roller, a strip or band of a laminar material moves that at the time which is rolled on one of the rollers, is unrolled from the other roller, showing a different advertising image each time the rollers are rotated in one direction. These systems allow to show up to thirty or more images sequentially.
The blind system that constitutes the present invention, has been conceived to achieve a new, practical and simplified way of showing six different images for advertising and graphic arts, for which, it centers its characteristics on the fact of presenting six different images by the combination of mobile rectangular sheets, made of a flexible or rigid material, perpendicular to other fixed sheets that are half as wide as the moving sheets and which are hinged and aligned to the middle part of the moving sheets. The moving plates are capable of turning 90 ° to one side or the other and these movements are coordinated by means of traction elements that can be cables, threads, tapes or strips of any material, subject to the ends of the mobile plates. In each position of the moving plates, a different image will be seen, divided into rectangles, adhered on the rectangles that form the blind and which are visible to the public.
When the moving sheets are perpendicular to the fixed sheets, the images that are seen are those placed on the front and back of these fixed sheets. When the moving plates rotate 90 ° to one side, they present two images: one in front and one behind the blind. When the 90 ° turn is towards the other side, the same thing happens, a different image is seen on the rectangles of the front sheets and another image on the rectangles of the rear sheets of the shutter.
In order to complement the description of the present invention, and to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, drawings are annexed, in which the following is represented by way of illustration and not limitation: Figure 1 presents a front view of the blind. Figure 2 shows a side view of the blind. Figure 3 presents a conventional perspective view of the blind of six interchangeable images.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION As can be seen in the front view shown in Figure 1, the blind system of six interchangeable images, specifically for advertising and graphic arts of the present invention has the general conformation of a mobile structure that presents a vertical plane consisting of blinds formed by a plurality of fixed rectangular sheets (a), the blinds with the fixed rectangular sheets (a) are joined by means of hinges (b) to a plurality of mobile rectangular sheets (c), in where the width of the fixed sheets (a) is half the width of the moving sheets (c). The movable sheets (c) are placed in a pedendicular fashion to the fixed sheets (a); the movable sheets and the fixed sheets are joined by means of the hinges (b) by the long edges of the fixed sheets along the movable sheets in the center of their face.
The rectangles that form the fixed sheets (a) are the usable spaces to place an image on the front and another behind these same fixed sheets (a). This set of fixed sheets (a) and movable sheets (c) is capable of rotating jointly with an upward movement at an angle of up to 90 °, or downwards, also at a 90 ° angle. The movement of the movable sheets (c) is coordinated by means of traction elements (d), which can be constituted by cables, threads, tapes or strips of any suitable material. The traction elements (d), which are generally four, are fastened in each of the corners of the movable sheets (c), joining said plurality of sheets (c) together in such a way that when said traction elements (d) ) are pulled to one side or to the opposite side, they coordinate the movement of the system at a turning angle of 90 ° to one side, or 90 ° to the opposite side. The length of the traction elements (d) between the corners of the moving sheets (c) in the section comprised between sheet and sheet, is the same as the length of the fixed sheet that separates them, plus a slight excess at the ends so that it can be pulled.
In the figures, by means of the arrows (e) the two possible directions of rotation of the sheets are indicated.
In the side view of the shutter shown in figure 2, the side of the fixed sheets (a), the hinges (b), the sheets (c) and the traction elements (d) can be seen. Likewise, the numbers (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), indicate the usable spaces for the placement of the images.
In the perspective view of the blind of six interchangeable images, represented in figure 3, we can see the usable spaces on the surfaces of the fixed sheets (a) and the moving sheets (c), for the placement of the six images, represented by the numbers (1), (3), (4). The spaces represented by the numbers (2), (5), (6) are not appreciated by the conditions of the perspective, but the space (2) is on the other side of the face (1); the space (5) is behind the face (3) and the space (6) is behind (4).
The first two images are placed on the front and back of the fixed rectangular plates (a), the other four images are placed in position when the moving plates are pressed (c) with the traction elements (d) and rotate 90 ° towards a side, in such a way that the movable sheets (c) are in a position covering the fixed sheets (a) and in this way, the images that are placed on a first side of the moving sheets (c) occupy the place they occupied the images placed on the fixed sheets (a), both on the front and on the back of the shutter. When the 90 ° rotation of the moving blades (c) becomes equal but to the opposite side, the fixed blades (a), as well as the images placed on said blades, are covered again, but now with the second side of the blades. moving sheets (c), such that now the images placed on said second side of the sheets (c), occupies the place that the images of the fixed plates (a) first had, or the images of the first side of the same plates (c), achieving in this way the sequential representation of six images constituted by three pairs of images. That is, when the moving sheets (c) are in their initial position, in which they are pedendicular to the fixed sheets (a), the images exposed to the public view are constituted by the sequential combination of the images placed in both surfaces of the fixed sheets (a). Similarly, when the moving sheets (c) are rotated 90 ° in a first direction, they are superimposed on the fixed sheets (a), in such a way that the images exposed to the public view are those corresponding to the sequential combination of the images placed on a first surface of the moving plates (c); and finally, when the movable sheets (c) are rotated 90 ° in a second direction, contrary to the first direction, they are superimposed on the fixed sheets (a), in such a way that the images exposed to the view of the public, are the corresponding to the sequential combination of the images placed on a second surface, opposite the first surface, of the moving plates (c).
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known by the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is the conventional one for the manufacture of the objects to which it relates.
Having described the invention as above, property is claimed as contained in the following:
