Abstract

The air recovery system is designed for recovering the vacuum generated in a baby bottle when the perforation of the nipple is in a continuous liquid extraction process. The outlet flow is interrupted during the liquid extraction when the ventilation is not suitable for recovering the remaining portion, so that a ventilation system is required to promote a continuous extraction of the liquid. The said system comprises a little diaphragm with low resistance to the pressure exerted by the liquid. The lack of ventilation at the upper portion of the bottle contributes to the contraction of the diaphragm, thereby enabling the air to enter through labyrinth-type channels. When the extraction of the liquid is interrupted the diaphragm returns to its original position, thus forming a seal over the inner wall of the bottle and avoiding a possible leakage.

Description

MAMILA FOR BOTTLE WITH DIAPHRAGM ANTIDERRAME AND SYSTEM OF AIR RECOVERY Field of the invention This invention relates to a bottle bottle and, more particularly, to a bottle bottle with a novel diaphragm system that prevents spills of liquids, also allows and facilitates the recovery of air into the bottle by means of a system of valves.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The current air recovery systems are inefficient and during their use cause a collapse in the bottles that is only recovered when the liquid is sucked and the exit perforation becomes the only option for air intake.
The present invention seeks to provide a solution to this problem using a diaphragm and a series of valves specially designed to generate a continuous flow of air at the time of liquid extraction. The diaphragm prevents the spillage of the liquids during its use or when interrupting the extraction.

Detailed description of the invention A mamilla (2) composed of the group of silicone or rubber is described which is placed on a bottle of any size and comprises a system of sealing and recovery of air based on the conjunction of two elements such as a diaphragm between 1 and 20 mm long (5) that seals the walls of the bottle avoiding spills and a series of valves (4) that function as means for recovering air inside the bottle. The diaphragm (5) is located in the lower part of the bottle (2) and is composed of a ring with a smaller diameter than the inner mouth of the bottle (3) with an angular termination that has a diameter equal to that of the mouth of the bottle (3), said termination comprises an annular lip (4) which makes contact only with the inner wall of the bottle (9) in its final angular part.
The air valves (B) (4) are located at the lower base of the bottle (2) at 90 degrees to one another on the upper ring of the bottle (3).
When the bottle (3) is assembled with the cap (1) and the bottle (2), a torque is applied that pushes with the internal part (7) the upper part of the base (8) of the bottle (2) giving as a result, a pressure in the part opposite the diaphragm causing a force that drives the annular lip (5) towards the inner wall of the bottle (9) ensuring the seal (Detail C).
At the moment of sucking the liquid (6) from the inside of the bottle through the outlet hole (10) a depression is created inside it causing the incursion of air (11) through the valves (4), taking off the annular lip (Detail E) and allowing the passage of air (11) into the bottle (3). the position of the annular lip (5) returns to the sealing position (Detail G) when the internal pressure reaches the equilibrium point with the pressure of the environment. We observe in the same way that the air valves (4) are free of liquids.
The valve system (4) allows to have a flow (Detail F) of air by means of a reduced section of channels coupled with a labyrinth design (Detail F) sufficient for the recovery of air but that make the exit of the accumulated liquids impossible inside the channel. Each valve comprises two internal breaths that are communicated to a transverse channel with a reduced section and re-communicating with a single outgoing breath to the outside.
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known by the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is the conventional one for the manufacture of the objects to which it relates.

Claims (3)
