Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un equipo de pulverizacion de baja presion, asistido por aire que tiene una tobera de pulverizacion mejorada que incluye una pistola de calafateado que tiene un carro adaptado para recibir dos o mas cartuchos que tienen una tobera, una mezcladora estatica que tiene un extremo aguas arriba y un extremo aguas abajo, donde el extremo aguas arriba tiene un orificio de entrada para recibir un componente liquido desde la tobera de cada cartucho y el extremo aguas arriba esta dimensionado para conectarse de forma reversible a los cartuchos de la pistola de calafateado, y el extremo aguas abajo tiene una punta de pulverizacion separable opcionalmente para introducir los componentes liquidos mezclados en una zona de atomizacion y el extremo aguas abajo esta dimensionado para conectar de forma reversible la mezcladora estatica a una seccion de pulverizacion, una seccion de pulverizacion que tiene un extremo aguas arriba y un extremo aguas abajo, donde a) el extremo aguas arriba de la seccion de pulverizacion esta dimensionado para conectarse de forma reversible a la mezcladora estatica, b) la seccion de pulverizacion tiene orificios de entrada para recibir el aire presurizado, y c) el extremo aguas abajo de la seccion de pulverizacion tiene orificios de salida para introducir aire en una zona de atomizacion formada entre los orificios de salida y la punta de pulverizacion, donde la punta de pulverizacion de la mezcladora estatica pasa a traves de un orificio en la seccion de pulverizacion, tal que los componentes liquidos mezclados son introducidos en la zona de atomizacion. La presente invencion se refiere tambien a un proceso para la pulverizacion de una composicion de uno o dos componentes con equipo de pulverizacion de baja presion, asistido por aire.
