Abstract

Se describe un metodo para producir componentes a partir de una pieza en tosco elaborada de un material reconformable, particularmente acero, en el cual la pieza en tosco (1) es soportada por un cojin de fluido (F) contra una herramienta de conformacion (5) durante la deformacion, y un dispositivo particularmente encaminado para la realizacion de este metodo. En el curso del metodo, la pieza en tosco (1) es reconformada en una forma intermediaria utilizando la herramienta (5). Subsecuentemente, la pieza en tosco (1) deformada en la forma intermediaria es localmente deformada utilizando una pieza de contramolde (6) que es movida contra la pieza en tosco (1), contra la direccion de accion (R) de la herramienta (5). De esta manera, pueden ser producidos componentes de forma exacta, a bajo costo, sin el peligro de reduccion en la calidad.
