Abstract

Se describe un sistema para el manejo de un material particulado a granel que consiste generalmente de un recipiente para retener una masa de tal material; un primer tubo alargado formado de un material permeable al gas, que tiene una entrada que se comunica con el recipiente; un segundo tubo alargado formado de un material impermeable al gas que abarca el primer tubo y espaciado desde el mismo sobre la periferia del primer tubo; una pluralidad de divisiones colocadas transversalmente, espaciadas longitudinalmente dispuestas entre el primer y segundo tubos, formando una pluralidad de camaras aisladas que abarcan el primer tubo; cada una de las camaras aisladas tiene medios para selectivamente introducir un gas de fluidizacion en la misma de manera independiente de las otras camaras, en volumenes y presiones variables por lo que el volumen y presion del gas de fluidizacion difundido a traves del primer tubo se pueden modular a lo largo de la longitud del mismo; y medios para inyectar un gas inductor de flujo en el primer tubo.
