Abstract
Se describen metodos para detectar una alteracion en un gen de interes, tal como un retraso en el gen C4A (por ejemplo, para detectar el C4AQ0), realizando la amplificacion de reaccion en cadena de polimerasa en un alto indice sobre una muestra de prueba que comprende ADN genomico.
