Abstract

Se revela un metodo y un aparato para tratar agua producida de una unidad de recuperacion termica de petroleo pesado para lograr recuperacion de agua y niveles de reciclado de mas de 80% y hasta 100% con el fin de alcanzar los criterios de descarga cero. El metodo incluye los pasos iniciales de capturar energia calorica residual del separador de vapor de alta presion ubicado aguas debajo de los generadores de vapor. Adicionalmente, incluye la transferencia de energia calorica a un separador calentado y a un intercambiador de rehervidor para destilar agua producida del yacimiento de petroleo y recuperar agua destilada y un agua salada concentrada o producto solido. El flujo concentrado del separador calentado se circula a traves del intercambiador de rehervidor para mantener de un 1% a aproximadamente un 50% de masa de vapor en el flujo retornante al separador calentado y prevenir ensuciamiento y formacion de incrustaciones. El aparato incluye un separador de energia residual de baja presion, un separador calentado y un compresor de vapor en combinacion con un circuito con un circuito de circulacion forzada para generar el agua destilada.
