Description

FIXING DEVICE FOR A GLASS PLATE TO A SUPPORT OF THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING . The invention relates to a fastening device for a glass plate to a support on the side of the building, with an external clamping element and an internal clamping element that hold the glass plate between them, and a support with internal articulation of the clamping device with respect to the inner clamping element. Through the German Patent DE 195 19 527 A, a device of the type mentioned at the beginning was disclosed, in which a support attached to the support on the side of the building is fastened to a clamping element on the inside of the building. The support is made by means of a clamping head housed elastically movably in the axial direction of the support, in a support chamber of the clamping element, the clamping head being additionally supported with lateral play in the support chamber, in order to allow a displacement of the support, or else, of its clamping head parallel to the plane of the glass plate when the air pressure acts. The elastic flexibility of the clamping head is achieved by disc springs or a permanently elastic material, whose arrangement in the clamping chamber constantly produces a return force on the support, or the glass plate in the direction of a positioning of the support, orthogonal to the glass plate, which finally has as a consequence the introduction of voltages in it. In addition, greater tolerances can not be compensated between the perforation in the glass plate and the connection point to the support on the side of the building. German patent DE 44 00 979 A1 also discloses a device of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which the clamping element on the side of the building (reception housing) has a spherical surface on the jacket surface facing the support. which a compensation piece has contact with complementary spherical shell surface. The clamping element has a pitch bore for receiving the clamping screw that connects the clamping elements and a clamping screw passing through a lower part and the compensation part and reaching the clamping element. With the known device it is possible to compensate the construction tolerances between the drilling in a glass plate and a sub-construction (support); an elastically flexible support of the plate is not provided with respect to the support after the assembly has been carried out. German Patent DE 44 45 724 A1 discloses a similar device, in which the clamping element on the inner side of the building has a spherical surface on its jacket surface facing the support, with which the complementary surface of an articulated support has contact. of a clamping piece, the articulated support being held with a lateral set in a joint nut. After the assembly has been carried out, a relative movement of the plate with respect to the clamping piece is not possible in this case either. In addition, by the European Patent EP 0 784 129 Al, a support of a fastening screw is known in a support, in which a plate of the support is fixed between two planoconvex lenses, which are indirectly in contact with the plate with its flat surfaces, one lens being in contact with its convex surface with a clamping element on the inner side of the building, and the other lens, indirectly, with a nut receiving the clamping screw. In the fastening of highly sensitive glass plates, for example, in connection with silicon plates for photovoltaic current generation, the known fastening devices do not meet the requirements that are presented to them. Whether from a low air pressure or, in the case of relatively light deformations, due to the action of heat, a fracture of the silicon elements occurs, and with it, the loss of the original purpose of the plate of glass.
The object of the invention is to improve a clamping device of the type mentioned at the beginning, in such a way that, on the one hand, a tension-free adjustment of the clamping device is possible, taking into account also larger construction tolerances in the assembly, and that, on the other hand, after the assembly is completed, between the clamping device and the glass plate, sufficient elasticity is maintained to be able to receive the air pressure or thermal stress from the clamping device, without causing stress on the plate of glass. The invention achieves the objective set by the features of claim 1. According to the above, a clamping element on the inner side, after its glass surface opposite the glass plate, has a conical or spherical surface formed by a member permanently elastic springs, against which a complementary surface of an internal jacket of a connecting bell can make contact with adjustable prestress, where between it and a fixing screw, on the one hand, and a fastening screw and a support , on the other, a fixed internal joint is arranged respectively. According to the solution according to the invention, the air pressure and the thermal stresses are captured by the elastic support of the connecting bell on the internal clamping element, since even after the assembly is made, a relative movement of both is possible. pieces between them, without the action of forces of recoil in the glass plate. The above is guaranteed by the adjustable pre-tension between the clamping element and the connecting bell. Thanks to the multiple subdivision of the clamping device by means of at least two additional inner joints, not only is a good possibility of adjustment to greater construction tolerances given; rather, the individual articulated points of the inner joints conform, even in the case of a fixed pre-tension after assembly, to some extent nodular points with a specific elasticity of their own, which additionally contribute to the stress-free housing of the glass plate . The sub-claims characterize other properties of the invention. According to one embodiment of the invention, the internal clamping element can itself have a conical or spherical surface on its sleeve surface opposite the glass plate; in principle, the conical or spherical surface, even in the case of a flat conformation of the clamping element, can be formed by the permanently elastic sprung member according to claim 1.
In addition, a central passage is provided in the internal clamping element, which has an internal thread, for receiving a clamping screw that connects the clamping elements, and a set screw for the clamping bell, which joins the connecting bell with the internal clamping element, wherein in one embodiment of the invention, the permanent spring sprung member is configured as a permanently elastic bearing, which is disposed between the conical or spherical surface of the clamping element internal, oriented towards the glass plate, and the complementary surface of the connecting bell. The permanently elastic bearing can be tensioned by means of the adjusting screw of the coupling bell previously described, in such a way that not only tensions, which act from the permanently elastic bearing on the glass plate, are received, but a displacement is possible. relative to the connecting bell with respect to the permanently elastic bearing, so that the glass sheet is completely free of stress. In accordance with a special feature of the invention, the connecting bell has on its side oriented towards the support, a cylindrical appendix provided with an external thread, between which and the connecting bell, in the deepest area of the bottom of the connecting bell is formed a flange facing inwards for the support of the head of the adjusting screw of the union bell. In the foregoing, a play between the flange and a shank of the adjusting screw of the connecting bell allow the arrangement of a plate formed as a lens between the flange and the head of the adjusting screw of the connecting bell, so that the The stem of the adjusting screw of the connecting bell can exert a pendular movement with respect to it. This movement is favored when the contact surface of the flange and the complementary surface of the lens are shaped so as to project conically or spherically. It has been convenient to use for the above a non-metallic lens, for example, a rigid rubber that allows the sliding. In this way, an additional inner joint is practically achieved between the connecting bell and the internal clamping element, and thus, of the glass plate. Another inner articulation consists in that the front surface, oriented against the support, of the appendix of the connecting bell is curved in the shape of a concave lens, in which a union nut in the form of a kettle, which includes the external thread of the appendix of the connecting bell, it has a bottom surface of the inner pot, which is curved in the opposite direction to the front surface of the appendix of the connecting bell, so that between the front surface of the appendix of the connecting bell and the pot bottom surface of the joint nut, two convex lenses that are in contact with their flat surfaces can be accommodated. By means of the union nut previously described, once assembled, the aforementioned internal joint can be fixed. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the planoconvex lens in contact with the inner pot surface of the union nut is part of a nut that houses the fastening screw, with which the possibility of screwing the fastening screw is given more or less deeply in the nut, in order to achieve a desired shortening or elongation of the entire clamping device. In order to achieve the aforementioned inner joint, the nut of the nut is dimensioned in such a way that it runs through a hole in the bottom of the pot of the union nut. Another internal joint can be made in a manner known per se in the area of direct connection of the clamping screw with the support, in such a way that the clamping screw includes with play a hole in the support and the support is fixed between a nut and a locknut, wherein between these, on the one hand, and the support, on the other, there is provided respectively a planoconvex lens that is in contact with the support through its flat surface, and the nut and lock nut have complementary contact surfaces regarding the lens. Also in this case, the assembly is an adjustable inner articulation, and after assembly, fixable, where between said articulation, which forms the union towards the support, and, the interior articulation that formed by the union bell and the union nut, a distance sleeve can be provided. The configuration of the clamping element that holds the glass plate and that is arranged in the external part of the building, can be in principle any; in a manner known per se, it can be formed as a clamping disk or as a countersunk screw, without affecting the stress-free clamping of the glass sheet that can be achieved according to the invention. In the following, the invention is illustrated in more detail with the aid of various exemplary embodiments. They show: Figure 1, a cross section through a clamping devices. Figure 2 shows the cross section according to Figure 1 in the case of a glass plate angled with respect to the support. Figure 3, the cross section according to Fiqura 1 with a modified external clamping element. Figures 4 to 13, particularities of the internal clamping element, of the connecting bell, of the lens in contact with the hood of the adjusting screw of the connecting bell, of the nut receiving the clamping screw and of the nut of union, respectively in perspective view and in cross section. The same components in the various drawings, if necessary, are indicated with the same references. A clamping device 1 in accordance with Figure 1 has two clamping elements 4 and 5, between which a glass plate 2 is held. The protection of glass disposed in a manner known per se and which can be seen in the drawing is not described in greater detail. In this exemplary embodiment, the internal clamping element 5 has a conical sleeve surface 14, on which a permanent spring springs member configured as a permanent elastic bearing 19 rests on a projection 53, which in this way substantially conforms the sleeve surface 6 itself of the clamping element 5. With said jacket surface 6 an inner sleeve 9 of a connecting bell 10 has a contact with a complementary surface 8. A clamping screw 17 passes through a through-hole 16 (see FIG. Figures 4 and 5) of the clamping element 5 and joins the two clamping elements 4 and 5. The passage perforation 16 has for this purpose an internal thread 15. In the same internal thread 15 a screw for adjusting the connecting bell 18, whose head 24 rests on a flange 23 of a cylindrical appendix 21 of the connecting bell 10. Between the flange 23 and the head of the screw 24, a lens is provided 27 preferably elastic, which rests on a bearing surface 28 of the flange 23, so that at this point an internal joint is formed in the frame of a set 26, as can be seen in Figure 2. The lens 27 for this purpose, it has a complementary surface 29. The cylindrical appendix 21 of the connecting bell 10, which starts from the deepest zone of the bottom 22, has a front surface 30 facing the support 3, which is concavely curved . A corresponding curvature in the opposite direction has an internal kettle bottom surface 32 of a union nut 31, so that between the front surface 30 of the appendix 21 and a kettle bottom 39 of the union nut 31, two lenses 34 and 35 can be arranged, the flat surfaces 33 of which lie one on top of the other and from which a loose lens 34 comes into contact with its convex surface with the front surface 30 of the appendix 21, while the second lens 35 is a fixed component of a nut 36 that receives a fastening screw 11 and which, with its convex surface, rests on the bottom of the kettle. The nut 36 has a rod 37, which passes through a play 40 a bore 38 in the union nut 31. Figure 1 shows that when screwing the union nut 31 into the joint bell 10 by the external thread 20 in In the region of the appendix 21, an inner joint indicated generally as 12 and formed by the two lenses 34 and 35 can be fixed. The nut 36 (see Figures 10 and 11) has a blind bore 51 with an internal thread 50, in which can be screwed in the clamping screw 11, where key surfaces 52 are provided in the external sleeve of the nut 36. FIG. 1 shows, moreover, that in the embodiment example, a spacer sleeve 49 is inserted in the nut 36, which, in turn, rests against a nut 43 that holds the support 3. Between the nut 43 and a lock nut 44, lenses 46 and 47 are provided, which rest on complementary contact surfaces 48 of the nut 43, or, of the jam nut 44. The flat surfaces 45 of the lenses 46 and 47 are directly in contact with the support 3. Since a clamping screw 11 passes through a play 42 a bore 41 of the support 3, also in this case an inner articulation is formed, indicated as 13, with which construction tolerances can be compensated. Figure 2 shows the possible oblique position of the glass plate 2 with respect to the support 3, with the respective adjustment of the inner joints 12 and 13, as well as the corresponding elbowing in the region of a rod 25 of the adjustment screw of the connecting bell 18 with respect to the connecting bell 10, on the one hand, and with respect to the union nut 31, on the other. It can be seen that a displacement of the connecting bell 10 with respect to a permanent elastic spring member 7 took place. That is, an internal non-fixable joint has been formed here. The permanent elastic spring member 7 has not modified its relative position with respect to the clamping element 5 as a consequence of the support on the projections 53. The exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 agrees in its essential components with the embodiment of Figure 1, wherein, contrary to this, the external clamping element 4 is configured as a countersunk screw. In this way, the clamping device previously described is suitable for maintaining the elasticity of the glass plates 2, since it does not limit the freedom of movement thereof and, thus, produces a neutralization of forces. The fastening device according to the invention involves an adjustment to the particularities of the environment and not a rigidity of the glass construction material, which will inevitably lead to destruction, as is the case of the prior art presented. For any application of glass plates hung in a timely manner, whether internal or external, whether with or without electrical elements, the clamping device is suitable for stress-free mounting and also for permanent operation free of stress.
