Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con prepolímeros que comprenden: (a) un poliisocianato de polifenileno de polimetileno, y; (b) un poliol de poliéter que tiene un peso equivalente de hidroxilo promedio de cuando menos aproximadamente 700; en donde el prepolímero que resulta tiene una viscosidad promedio de entre aproximadamente 400 hasta aproximadamente 2000 centipoise a 25 degree C. El prepolímero es util, por ejemplo, para la produccion de espumas de poliuretano y más particularmente para las espumas flexibles de densidad media que tiene características de flujo superior y tiempos rápidos de desmolde.
