Abstract
La presente invencion obtiene la calidad y resistencia incrementadas de una espuma para hidrocarburos desespumantes por espumas utilizadas en la formacion de barrenos de pozos y procesos de estimulacion así como también recuperacion de petroleo secundaria y terciaria utilizando anfoacetatos a base de imidazolina de alta pureza, que contienen cantidades substancialmente insignificantes de amido aminas no alquiladas, bajas cantidades de sales de ácido glicolico y sales de monocloroacetato. Los anfoacetatos de alta pureza pueden ser obtenidos vía procesos que utilizan control preciso de pH durante la reaccion de la imidazolina, o sus derivados de cadena abierta, con agentes alquilantes, por ejemplo monocloroacetato de sodio. Estos anfoacetatos de alta pureza contiene productos totalmente alquilados y cantidades inferiores de derivados de ácido glicolico, a pesar de que se utiliza una proporcion del monohaloalquilato a imidazolina substituida, o su derivado de cadena abierta, de menos de 1.5:1.0 y cerca a 1.0:1.0.
