Abstract
Instrumentos para espina dorsal, particularmente para una varilla de conexion ajustable, incluyendo un elemento de anclaje al hueso con una porcion de anclaje separada de una cabeza roscada saliente, engranando una tuerca mediante un cuerpo intermedio que tiene una seccion transversal y formando un apoyo en la porcion superior del mismo, y un ensamble para recibir y trabar una cabeza de conexion; dicho ensamble receptor y trabador consiste de un elemento de sujecion con dos brazos unidos entre sí en una region de conexion y provistos con aberturas de superficie a través de las cuales la cabeza roscada puede incrementarse hasta el apoyo, siendo definido un hueco entre los brazos de la abrazadera; dicho ensamble consiste además de un anillo comprimible alojado en el hueco y provisto con un canal central para recibir la varilla de conexion, por lo cual el hueco y el anillo forman juntos una rotula, de modo que la sujecion de los dos brazos usando la tuerca que engrana la cabeza roscada traba el anillo y la varilla de conexion en una posicion angular deseada.
