Abstract
La presente invencion describe un procedimiento para reduccion directa un material granular que contiene hierro, el procedimiento requiere que el gas reformado sea liberado al menos parcialmente de CO alimentado con el gas reductor a la zona de reduccion de un lecho fluidizado y retirado de la zona como gas de alto horno, al menos parte del gas de alto horno se usa de nuevo, mezclado con gas reformado, en la reduccion directa. Para reducir el numero de componentes, de planta que se ponen en contacto con el gas de reduccion y disminuir los costos del calentamiento, al menos parte del CH y de N se elimina, además del CO, de 50 a 100% del gas de alto horno por adsorcion, y el gas de salida eliminado por adsorcion del gas reformado y el gas de alto horno se usa para propositos de calentamiento.
