Abstract
La composicion se refiere a una composicion líquida para administracion oral que consta de ondansetron o un derivado aceptable farmacéuticamente del mismo, un edulcolorante y uno o más excipientes es aceptables farmacéuticamente, caracterizados porque el edulcolorante consta de uno o más alcoholes polihídricos y el pH de la composicion se situa en el rango de 2.0 a 5.0. Métodos para la manufactura de tales composiciones y para su uso en el tratamiento de condiciones mediadas a través de los receptores 5-hidroxitriptamina (5HT) a 5HT3 son también descritos.
