Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un método para fabricar clinker de cemento hidráulico por lo que el polvo de partida es inicialmente sometido a un procesamiento preparatorio, por ejemplo, mediante trituracion, homogeneizacion y/o secado, y eventualmente nodulizado y quemado con el procedimiento de nodulizacion tomando lugar en un reactor de quemado estacionario. Mediante el método de acuerdo con la invencion, se añade un compuesto sulfático al polvo de partida en una cantidad suficiente para introducir el polvo de partida al reactor de quemado estacionario o directamente al reactor estacionario, por ejemplo a través de aire de combustion o junto con el combustible. Es un requerimiento esencial que el contenido de sulfato del polvo de partida calcinado sea considerablemente mayor del contenido deoxido alcalino.
