Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un horno de radiacion térmica que comprende las siguientes partes principales: un sistema de alimentacion de solidos; un sistema para el precalentamiento de solidos y al mismo tiempo un sistema de enfriamiento de gas/vapor, un reactor para la descomposicion térmica por radiacion térmica; un sistema para el enfriamiento de los productos solidos de la reaccion y al mismo tiempo un sistema para la recuperacion de energía térmica de los solidos; un sistema para la descarga de productos solidos; un sistema para el calentamiento del horno hasta las temperaturas de radiacion térmica; un sistema para la recoleccion de gas/vapor para los gases/vapores formados en la reaccion; y un sistema para la recuperacion del calor de los gases de combustion, cuando la combustion es la fuente de energía para la radiacion térmica.
