Abstract

Un aparato de moldeo por inyeccion por soplado de alargamiento y un método en donde mientras que las preformas (1) se enfrían ampliamente, el tiempo de ciclo de moldeo por inyeccion se acorta y además se usan un numero pequeño de cavidades de soplado y se aumenta el régimen de operacion o funcionamiento de estas cavidades de soplado. En una seccion (14) de moldeo por inyeccion, N(N mayor o igual que 2) preforma (1) se moldean por inyeccion y luego se liberan del molde (42) de cavidad de inyeccion a una temperatura de liberacion de molde relativamente elevada. Mientras que las preformas (1) se enfrían mediante el molde (50) de nucleo de inyeccion, son llevadas hacia una seccion (16) de expulsion de preformas.
