Abstract

Se describe un método para prevenir la hepatotoxicidad inducida por acetaminofén o acetaminoféno (ADAP) utilizando sulfuro de dialilo (DAS) y sulfona de dialilo (DASO2). Se preparan DAS y DASO2 como una modalidad preferida, se agrega sulfona de dialilo a una forma de dosificción de acetaminofén en una cantidad efectiva para evitar el metabolismo de tal dosis unitaria de acetaminofén en sus metabolitos anteriores incluyen de manera adicional una cantidad efectiva de N-acetilcisteína para destoxificar metabolitos hepatotóxicos de acetaminofén.
