Abstract

La preparación farmacéutica en la forma de una tableta efervescente o de desintegración o de un granulado instantáneo contiene por lo menos una substancia activa que desagrada al gusto y por lo menos una matriz que retrasa la liberación de la substancia activa, la cual en mezcla estrecha con las partículas de la substancia activa se presenta o bien recubre a ésta y se encuentra dispuesta sobre un vehículo.
