Abstract

Se describe una cápsula (10) para el dispensado de una bebida, que comprende: un cuerpo principal (20) adecuado para contener un producto (P) a ser dispensado, que comprende una parte inferior (22) y una pared lateral (24), que se extiende desde dicha parte inferior (22) y que finaliza con un borde (26); un elemento de cierre (30) adecuado para cerrar de modo sellado dicho cuerpo principal (20); y al menos un primer medio de válvula (40) adecuado para permitir que la bebida salga de la cápsula (10) o para permitir que un líquido entre dentro de la cápsula (10). El cuerpo principal (20) está fabricado de pulpa de celulosa, el elemento de cierre (30) está fabricado de material biocompatible y la cápsula (10) comprende adicionalmente una primera película de sellado fabricada de material comestible que comprende al menos una sal de ácido algínico (23) y situada en el interior de dicha parte inferior (22) del cuerpo principal (20) al menos en dicho al menos un primer medio de válvula (40). Se describe también un método para la fabricación de una cápsula para el dispensado de una bebida, tal como se ha definido anteriormente.
