Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo para remoción de compuestos orgánicos volátiles que comprende al menos un primer conector (100) dispuesto sobre una salida de una corriente de gas a tratar, el cual en su parte superior dispone de una extensión de conexión (2oo) por el cual se conecta a un biorreactor (300) que contiene una solución nutritiva donde crecen organismos degradadores de compuestos orgánicos volátiles, el cual se ubica en la parte media del dispositivo, mientras que en la parte superior se cuenta con un arreglo de dispersión (400) que en su parte superior esta acoplado a una salida (500) por donde sale al ambiente la corriente gaseosa tratada; y una red de distribución (600) de la solución nutritiva que tiene organismos degradadores de compuestos orgánicos volátiles, en donde la extensión de conexión (200) dispone primeramente de un cono distribuidor (201) que se encuentra dispuesto en forma invertida y vaciado por su parte interna, teniendo una extensión cilíndrica (202) en su parte superior; dicho cono distribuidor (201) que permite que el fluido sea desplazado por una ruta externa en las paredes internas del cono distribuidor (201), que en la porción de la extensión cilíndrica (202) se conecta un segundo cilindro perforado (203) que dispone de una pluralidad de barrenados pasados en toda su periferia y en donde su eje axial es coincidente con el eje axial del cono distribuidor (201), las perforaciones en este segundo cilindro perforado (203) están dispuestas para que el gas de salida pueda ingresar al biorreactor (300) por su parte inferior.
