Abstract
Un método y un aparto de desactivación para una célula secundaria y un sistema de comunicaciones; el método de desactivación incluye: volver a arrancar un temporizador de desactivación asociado con una primera SCeII que porta un PUCCH, en un caso donde se vuelve a arrancar un temporizador de desactivación o se transmite un informe de indicador de calidad de canal en cualquier segunda SCell en un grupo de células PUCCH secundarias; por lo tanto, no se presentará un caso donde la comprensión de un estado de activación de una célula secundaria mediante un UE y una estación base sea inconsistente debido a un mecanismo de desactivación autónomo de UE.
