Abstract
La invención se refiere a un bioreactor para la digestión anaerobia, aerobia y anóxica de la materia orgánica de aguas residuales; caracterizado por comprender una zona anaerobia en el fondo donde se alimenta el agua residual para la degradación de la materia orgánica por bacterias anaerobias que producen biogás y el poco lodo generado se deposita en el fondo y posteriormente se extrae; una zona anóxica en medio donde existe crecimiento de bacterias desnitrificantes que convierten los nitratos a nitrógeno gaseoso en la presencia de compuestos de carbono contenidos en el agua; y una zona aerobia en la parte superior donde se dispone al menos un rotor biológico de contacto que realiza la degradación de la materia orgánica remanente del agua que permite el crecimiento de bacterias nitrificantes que convierten el nitrógeno amoniacal en nitritos y posteriormente en nitratos; en donde dicho tanque tiene una pluralidad de romboides para recolección de biogás, lodos y natas que unidas entre sí forman un panel separador poliédrico intermedio unido y soportado en una pluralidad de columnas y trabes intermedias implementadas en el tanque; dichos romboides unidos entre sí definen una pluralidad de colectores cónicos con boquillas de conexión de ductos de una red de captación y conducción de biogás y una pluralidad de colectores en forma de embudo con boquillas de conexión de ductos que definen una red de captación y conducción de lodos y natas.
