Abstract

Se proporciona un método para fabricar un miembro de acero formado en prensa caliente, siendo capaz el método de reducir la LME sin provocar el agrietamiento de una lámina de acero galvanizado. El método incluye una etapa de uso de una lámina de acero galvanizado, teniendo un acero base de la misma una composición química prescrita, una etapa de calentamiento para calentar la lámina de acero galvanizado a no menor que un punto de transformación Ac3 y una etapa de formación en prensa caliente para ejecutar la formación en prensa caliente al menos dos veces después de la etapa de calentamiento. Adicionalmente, cada formación en prensa caliente en la etapa de formación en prensa caliente se ejecuta de tal manera que satisface la siguiente expresión (1) (R/t) > v (a•(T-b)) ... (1) donde "R" es un radio de curvatura (mm) de un soporte de una herramienta usada en la formación en prensa caliente, "t" es un espesor (mm) de la lámina de acero galvanizado, "T" es una temperatura de inicio de la formación (°C) de la formación en prensa caliente, "a" es una constante 0,2984 y "b" es una constante 590.
