Abstract
Se describe un método y aparato para multiplexar y desmultiplexar datos de vídeo. El método de multiplexión de los datos de vídeo involucra la sintaxis a un encabezado del dato de la unidad de transmisión que es utilizada para multiplexar un cuadro de acceso aleatorio limpio (CRA) utilizado en un acceso aleatorio, en donde la sintaxis predeterminada indica un estado de reproducción del cuadro CRA, es decir, la reproducción normal o la reproducción de acuerdo a un acceso aleatorio.
