Abstract
Este método de codificación incluye una etapa de derivación y una etapa de codificación. En la etapa de derivación, con base en un grado de exactitud del punto fijo que representa la brusquedad de un coeficiente de ponderación para la predicción de compensación de movimiento del cambio en los valores de pixel a través de la multiplicación por una imagen de referencia, se deriva un primer valor estándar que es un valor estándar para el coeficiente de ponderación. En la etapa de codificación, se codifica un primer valor diferencial que es el valor diferencial del coeficiente de ponderación y el primer valor estándar. El coeficiente de ponderación se incluye dentro de un rango de exactitud de bits predeterminada centrado aproximadamente en el primer valor estándar.
