Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un reactor de lecho fluidizado con pantalla térmica para tubería de intercambio calorífico, que comprende una cámara de reacción, una caja de ventilación separada de la cámara de reacción mediante un plato constrictor, toberas montadas en el plato constrictor y que extienden hacia arriba desde el mismo, dentro de la cámara de reacción, de modo de proporcionar aberturas de toberas para los gases fluidizantes a un nivel sustancialmente por encima del plato constrictor, formando una región entre el plato y las aberturas de toberas que es esencialmente inactiva, una masa de sólidos subdivididos sujeta a fluidización sobre el constrictor, una pluralidad de serpentines de intercambio calorífico que comprende tramos de tubería orientados verticalmente, unidos en serie mediante codos curvados de retorno inferiores y superiores en contacto con la masa de sólidos subdivididos para intercambio calorífico con los sólidos en estado fluidizados; estando localizados los codos curvados inferiores de retorno en una capa de sólidos estáticos o quietos formados durante la operación del reactor, y localizada en una zona intermedia entre la superficie superior del plato constrictor y el nivel del lecho en el cual se introducan los gases de fluido a través de las aberturas de tobera, por lo cual los codos curvados inferiores de retorno están protegidos por la capa de sólidos estáticos de las condiciones altamente erosivas que prevalecen en la región, en la cual los sólidos están en estado fluidizado.
