Abstract
Se suprime la formación de crestas provocada cuando se maneja acero que contiene una gran cantidad de elementos de aleación como Si y Al en un proceso de laminación en caliente a baja velocidad. Un método de producción de una chapa de acero laminada en caliente para una chapa de acero eléctrico no orientado comprende: producir una plancha de acero que tiene una cierta composición química y un espesor de 50 mm o más y 200 mm o menos por fundición continua; llevar la plancha de acero a una línea de laminación en caliente manteniendo a la vez a temperatura superficial de la plancha de acero en 800°C o más; y realizar la laminación en caliente en la cual la plancha de acero se somete secuencialmente a laminación en bruto, tratamiento de recalentamiento y laminación de acabado en la línea de laminación en caliente para obtener una chapa de acero laminada en caliente, donde la laminación en caliente se realiza bajo las siguientes condiciones (1) a (4): (1) una velocidad del lado de entrega de la laminación en bruto: 100 mpm o menos, (2) una tasa de reducción por laminación en un pase final de la laminación en bruto: 45% o más, (3) una tasa de calentamiento promedio en el tratamiento de recalentamiento: 9°C/s o más y (4) un aumento de temperatura en el tratamiento de recalentamiento: 30°C o más.
